A Palatable Diet for Producing Experimental Folate Deficiency in Man

A palatable diet for producing experimental folate deficiency in man is described. The folate content of each ingredient of this diet was determined before and after treatment with chick pancreas conjugase by microbiologic assay with Lactobacillus casei, and also with Streptococcus faecalis.
