Exocrine pancreatic function study with pancreozymin-secretin test is reported in 16 adult patients with protein-calorie malnutrition disease. There was no change in the volume output of pancreatic secretion. The bicarbonate and the enzyme concentrations of pancreatic juice showed significant decrease in the patients. Lipase and bicarbonate secretions were more adversely affected.
