Activate Your AJCN Online Subscription

All members and subscribers must know their AJCN customer number to start the activation process. Nonmember individual and institutional customer numbers end with the letter N.

If you do not know your customer number, you can request it by sending FEEDBACK. Subscribers receiving a print copy of the journal can also find their customer number on the mailing label of the journal in the upper left-hand corner immediately above their name.

Activate your Member or Individual (Nonmember) subscription
ASN members: Your AJCN customer number is the same as your ASN membership number.

Nonmember Individual subscribers: Please remember to include an N at the end of your customer number.
Activate your Institutional subscription
Institutional subscribers: Please remember to include an N at the end of your customer number.

Institutional subscribers must know the IP addresses of the machines on the institution's network that are eligible to access the AJCN Online. Some institutions use proxy servers to network their environment. To access the AJCN Online through a proxy server, the proxy must send the originating IP address along with its own address.
